1. All orders placed Monday through Thursday will be processed within twenty-four (24) - fourty-eight (48) hours .Orders placed Friday-Sunday will not be processed until the following business day. UPS and FedEx do not make pick ups on the weekend.
   

1. When your order is shipped an email will be sent from us with your tracking information and total charges applied to your credit card.

Returns 1. There will be a 25% restocking charge on all returned orders. 2. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. 3. NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS on beads, jewelry, feathers, costumes or custom items. 4. No exchanges or refunds after 5 days from delivery date, all claims must be filed within 3 days of receiving date.

For individuals residing in California: As per your State Legislation we can not ship numerous of our products such as Mardi Gras / Gasparilla Beads to you. If you are attempting to order one of the products we can not ship to you then we will contact you by phone or email.
